Sacredness in relationships
When Adam was lonely, God gave him ONE woman. Not ten.
In Gods household, the man and woman are married (Gen 2:23), the woman was designed to be her mans helper. Only the union of man and woman, two becoming one in flesh, can multiply on the earth (Gen 9:7).
The husband is faithful, honest, truthful, loveable, temperate, righteous, wise, respectable, hospitable, self-controlled, serious and has a noble character; Luke 16:10, Titus 2:2, 2:6-7, Prov 10:9, 3:13-18, 20:6-7, 1 Tim 3:2-7, 1 Peter 3:7, Prov 6:20-22, 1 Sam 16:7, Psalm 15:2-5. The wife is gracious, honourable, virtuous, decent, modest, faithful in all things, has an incorruptible heart, is energetic, a hard worker, creative, wise, kind, humble, careful, strong, temperate, trustworthy and has a noble character; Prov 11:16, 12:4, 1 Tim 3:11, Prov 19:13, Prov31:10-31, Prov 19:13, 21:9, 21:19.
The children obey their fathers commands and don't neglect their mothers teachings.
Honour thy father and mother. See Proverbs 6:20-23, 3:1-12, Colossians 3:20, Matthew 19:19, Deuteronomy 5:16, Ephesians 6:1-2, 2 Timothy 2:22
Carry each other's burdens (Galatians 6:2, Philippians 2:3-4).
1 Timothy 5:1-5 Do not rebuke an older man but encourage him as you would a father, younger men as brothers, older women as mothers, younger women as sisters, in all purity. Honor widows who are truly widows. But if a widow has children or grandchildren, let them first learn to show godliness to their own household and to make some return to their parents, for this is pleasing in the sight of God.
Just like books friends should be few and well chosen.
Proverbs 24:5 A wise man is strong; yea, a man of knowledge increaseth strength.
Proverbs 13:20 He that walketh with wise men shall be wise: but a companion of fools shall be destroyed.
Ingredients of a Happy and Peaceful Family Life
• Be patient, humble and make every effort to keep unity (Ephesians 4:2-3). Love conquers all
• Carry each other's burdens (Galatians 6:2, Philippians 2:3-4)
• Do not go to bed angry (Ephesians 4:26), always say you love each other before sleeping
• Be kind to each other, tenderhearted, forgiving one another (Ephesians 4:31-32, Philippians - 4:5)
• Do not argue or complain (Philippians 2:14)
• Do not lie to each other (Colossians 3:8-9)
Taking care of the whole family - The ingredients of a happy family life concern the whole family, thus the siblings, grandparents, grandchildren, nieces and cousins and so forth. See Genesis 45:24, Genesis 50:17, Genesis 50:21, Deuteronomy 4:9, Deuteronomy 4:10, 2 Timothy 1:5, Psalm 133:1, Matthew 18:21-22, Psalm 128:6.
Remember, the grass is greener where you water it.
Honour your father and your mother
Honor your parents is written often in the Old and New Testament, even mentioned 6 times by Jesus Christ.
They have raised you, they have fed you, your mother carried you in her belly. They worried about you. They love you.
Troublesome?
When your parents are disrespectful to you, stepping away from them protects you, and them for further damage. In that way, you also show respect, because it could be they really have no idea what they are doing.
Luke 6:32: If you love those who love you, what credit is that to you? Even sinners love those who love them.
Do not despise, mock or speak ill of them
Unless you were deliberately starved, sexually abused or so, there is no solid reason for you to show such contempt to those who did their best to raise you.
Proverbs 30:17: The eye that mocks a father, that scorns an aged mother, will be pecked out by the ravens of the valley, will be eaten by the vultures.
Proverbs 30:11-13: Some people curse their father and do not thank their mother. They are pure in their own eyes, but they are filthy and unwashed. They look proudly around, casting disdainful glances.
"My father told me that it was better to learn to master the ball barefoot to have sensitivity in the foot and I promised him that I would master that ball like no other, but what really happened was that he did not have money to give me a pair of shoes.
When I won my first Ballon d'Or, I didn't cry with joy, I cried when I didn't have my father with me " - Ronaldinho

The Beauty of Two
The story of Carol and James Sumner
The couple who were both 61 and in frail health, were robbed, kidnapped and buried a few months later. Humans with a demon on their shoulders befriended the kindhearted older couple and stayed a night at their home. From that moment the older couple's fate was sealed. They were stuffed into the trunk of a car with duct tape. James was dressed in his pajamas and wearing an ankle brace. Carol was thin and weak from treatments for liver cancer (source)
After forcing the Sumners to reveal the personal identification numbers to their bank accounts, the couple was burried alive. They were holding hands when detectives uncovered their bodies.
1 Peter 5:8 Stay alert! Watch out for your great enemy, the devil. He prowls around like a roaring lion, looking for someone to devour.
God created man, and from him a woman (Genesis, Adam and Eve). The Lord God said, "It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him a helper fit for him".
Mark 10:9 Therefore what God has joined together, let no one separate
Song of Solomon 8:6-7 Set me as a seal upon your heart, as a seal upon your arm, for love is strong as death, jealousy is fierce as the grave. Its flashes are flashes of fire, the very flame of the LORD. Many waters cannot quench love; rivers cannot sweep it away. If one were to give all the wealth of one's house for love, it would be utterly scorned.
Inseparable Lion Couple Dies Just Days Apart
Both majestic creatures arrived at a Zoo in 2008 and were often seen playing with each other, grooming or cuddling every day. Their love was apparent and very strong.
It was not uncommon to see Zenda (the male) grooming Isis (her) or sleeping with a paw on her. He remained incredibly protective of her throughout their lives. These two lions had such a strong bond that their separation was something that neither of them wanted to bear. source

Swan Whose Mate Was Killed Dies Of A Broken Heart
A male swan named Gvidon on display at a zoo passed away after losing his longtime companion in a shocking act of animal cruelty - and keepers say a broken heart is to blame. The swan's bonded mate, Tsarevna, was killed in when a guest at the Limpopo Zoo fed her bread that had a sewing needle hidden inside it. Shortly after the deadly attack, Gvidon began exhibiting signs of depression, refusing to eat normally and shying away from the remainder of the flock, zoo officials said in a statement.
"Like humans, animals can suffer from depression," said the zoo's deputy director. (source)
The lighter penguin is an elderly female whose partner died this year. The darker one is a younger male who lost his partner two years ago. Biologists have followed them as they meet every night to comfort each other. They stand for hours together watching the lights. Photographer Tobias Baumgaertner captured this image of two widowed fairy penguins looking over the Melbourne skyline. It has won an award in Oceanographic magazine's Ocean Photography Awards 2020.

Heartbreak at the zoo as gorilla mum Gana continues to cradle her dead son
'FIVE days after her baby died, mum Gana continues to cradle her son and stroke his hair.
The picture of Gana the gorilla cradling the limp body of her dead three-month-old son Claudio has been beamed around the world. It is a picture of pain and unimaginable grief that could make any mother cry.
Little Claudio died in his mum's arms -- and she appears to be confused as to what happened.'read more
"The heartbreaking look of a mother next to her newborn baby....The baby's eyes are closed...he isn't breathing...he is dead....That mother's efforts to keep her baby alive were all in vain. All she can do is try to get as close as possible to him...give him some comfort...She has no choice...she is unable to move...can't get up..can't even turn around...The only time she will...is on the way to slaughter..."

Alone, but at Gods hand
Not all of us are destined to get married.
Angels are not married.
And neither will any of us be in heaven.
A single woman like Joan of Arc started to wear pants when she was harrassed by useless pervs, which eventually led to her death.
We can find enough great examples of single people in the bible. Jesus doesn't count, he was superspecial.
So; Mary Magdalene, Mary and Martha, Lazarus, Jeremiah and Elijah etc.. Elijah is my fav one, he was fed by ravens and hilariously sarcastic to the demon worshipping turds. Plus he made use of the elements (wind, fire).
And Samson was surely better off without Delilah.
Don't be like Samson.
Does God Have a Perfect Mate for Everyone?
'Marriage is not for everyone, but for those who should be married, I believe God will lead you to the mate best suited to you, although possibly not a "perfect" mate. Here is why.
Each person has a unique personality made up of hundreds-probably thousands-of intangible spiritual, mental, and environmental characteristics. Each person has a genetic code made up of millions of physical characteristics. To find a "perfect" mate would involve a special act of creation of another person by God with millions of characteristics, each of which would exactly complement your own characteristics. God does not form each human being by a special act of creation, but by natural biological processes.
What God will do, however, if you ask Him, is lead you to the person who best complements your personality, background, and desires, and whose genetic makeup, when joined to yours, can produce offspring pleasing to God, to you and your spouse, and to your fellow man.' Matthew 18:19 And I tell you more: whenever two of you on earth agree about anything you pray for, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven
Two Still Better Than One
Ecclesiastes 4:9-12 Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor: If either of them falls down, one can help the other up. But pity anyone who falls and has no one to help them up. Also, if two lie down together, they will keep warm. But how can one keep warm alone? Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.
Protecting the Family
Skeletons found in a Roman house in Kourion, Cyprus, by David and Noelle Soren in the mid-1980s. Skeletons belonged to a family killed in the earthquake that struck in 365 CE.

Geese mate for life.
But they were separated when the female goose was given as a gift to a family friend to be killed and eaten.
When she was tied into a bag and put on the back of a motorcycle, the gander tried desperately to free her. He honked and cried out for her, his best friend, his soulmate, but, powerless against humans, he could only watch helplessly and cry out as she was driven off into the distance. It was clear to all that he was heartbroken. Eating animals destroys families. Go Vegan. source
The heart is deceitful
Who doesn't know the Samson & Delilah love story.
How Samson was betrayed by Delilah, but above all; by his own heart.
Follow your heart? Learn from Samson.
Jeremiah 17:9 The heart is deceitful above all things and beyond cure.
By their fruit you will recognize them (Matt 7:16-20);
do not look at someones words, but by what they actually do for you and for others. Do not stay in love with a Delilah who betrays you and mocks you behind your back with others. Give that loyalty and love to someone who deserves it.
Fun fact: the actress Hedy Lamarr, who played Delilah, was also an avid inventor and the person behind advances in communication technology in the 1940s that led to today's Wi-Fi, GPS, and Bluetooth.
